Research-Secrecy

Applied to government, information withheld for various reasons - such as covering up illegal acts or protecting industries.

Album and DLs available by early 2009

What’s the interest? If it was possible, you could spend your lifetime understanding the new twenty and a half million documents the U.S. government classified as secret in the year 2006. That’s quite a few secrets, and 2006 was nothing abnormal in the secrets business. This one area of endeavor alone leads to huge quantities of conventional secrets (e.g. the missing video frames of whatever it was that hit the Pentagon on 9/11) as well as the unconventional (e.g. the actual physical hardware of extra-terrestrial origin).

Secrecy denies the public the right to know about what our government is doing, has done, or knows. It robs of us of the revelations of our real world. If we don’t know the world as it actually is, then we must live in a fantasy world created for us.

QUOTE: “Secrecy, being an instrument of conspiracy, ought never to be the system of a regular government.”

Jeremy Bentham, Philosopher/Activist (1748-1832)
